Good team to rebuild in 09?

I'm going back to NCAA 09 and am curious as to what some good teams to rebuild in that game are?

I like taking below-average or average teams in the power conferences and building them up, but I can also run with the smaller conferences as well.

Baylor would be fun if you want a fast Qb and a recruiting hotbed. Bringing Washington back to national prominence with Jake Locker could be fun also.

The Huskies could be a good choice. I hardly ever run with a Pac-10 team. I was in Seattle a few weeks ago and checked out part of the UW campus, as well as the football stadium.

Good selection, ChiSox.

Ya Jake Locker is awesome. But you could also bring syracuse back to national prominence. They are a D+ overall team.

Was thinking of SU as well. Grew up right outside of SU and have been to the Dome many times. Last time was 07 against Rutgers; they lost big and the Dome was half-full. Very sad.

All of those choices are excellent, I would like to add MARSHALL UNIVERSITY, I remember back in the 90's when this program was rolling, might be kind of cool bringing the The Thundering Herd back.

I went ahead and started up with UW.

Locker is very good but the defense isn't very good. I'm having a tough time stopping anyone right now. Oregon lit me up 34-9 in the season opener.
