The best way to create an adequate atmosphere is gather up a pack of insomniac high school kids who all sound like they've been on a strict diet of qualudes and have them chant "defense" with the kind of animated fervor you only get at church league basketball games; sit in the middle of them and fire up your console and you can't go wrong. Now that's a game day atmosphere, buddy.
