How do you call your plays?

I like to ask Corso because I love to run the fake punt on 4th down. Wait, I didn't ask Corso, and they still default to the fake punt. ****ing game is broken sometimes.

I'll Ask Corso pretty much only in the 2nd half and am blowing out the other team. Its funny sometimes cause he'll pick a pass play when you're up by 30+ and if you pass it, he bitches about the score being run up in the commentary.

I use by play type, you can tell the formations by looking at the play.

There are a lot of similar plays in every book. Most of the playbooks are variations of the generic playbooks. One back, spread. west coast, run balanced, balanced. If you spend some time getting familiar with all those playbooks, you will be able to figure out almost every teams playbook. There are some exceptions. Like a heavy option team or a flexbone team like Georgia Tech (So fun!).

i go with by formation unless i really want a screen play and then i use by play type since screens are hard to find

Formation. But i;d like to say I hate when guys wait for you to pick a play so they can see your formation, were is the creativity.
