I agree with that. If I see a FIVE STAR RB I would suspect he's a halfback rather than a FB. Personally for the amount I use the FB (other than blocking) I am content with a 2-3 star at that position.

Also, look for the athlete's who have LB measurables. It's usually those guys who are easily converted to FB.

I was thinking the same thing.

You can't recruit or even switch positions for the Flexbone offense. Just have to recruit a power HB and put him there in the depth chart.
