What really needs to be added for online dynasty
When playing another user, if you are up or down by a lot and you want to put the second team in you have to do it manually. It should be done like you are playing the cpu/AI whichever fits here. When you play the cpu/AI you can select mass subs and go from there.
It would save time and possibly headaches.
