Nope, you keep the same old rivals, which seems pointless to me. We tried to move Rutgers to the Big 10, but they kept there same old Big East rivals. Kinda defeats the purpose to move them to a new conference and they still have to play 2 or 3 rival teams from their old conference every year. Whenever you swap teams from different conferences, their rivals should swap too or you should at least have the option to swap them.
