Re: Will 11 use NFL 10 engine?

All that said, I really hope they adopt some of the elements of Madden, but the one thing that made me put Madden down was the speed of the "bullet" pass. I totally agree that NCAA is too fast. And certainly part of my frustration is going from NCAA to trying Madden, but that said, there is no way that passes are that slow. A nice medium between the two would be great and then a faster default speed. That is an absolute must, and I'm surprised that they haven't made it faster online for Madden.

Really, I enjoy the NCAA "engine" more, but that's probably just cause it's what I'm used to. Bring in a lot of presentation elements that Madden has implemented, a better game atmosphere (it's really about time to get the feeling of college football back in the game) and slow down the bullet passes slightly. Improve on Maddens protak system and make better piles where a running back can get caught in (and at the same time make it easier to slip through if there is a gap to counter it) and I'd be pretty happy.

Give me Madden features (esp. broadcast cam) and I'm sold.

Exactly, which is why NCAA needs a Graphics overhaul. Would love to see an upgrade on those generic player models as well.

Make it look like Madden. Make it play like NCAA at Madden's "normal" speed. Add animations, work on blocking logic and I'll be straight.

Play like NCAA how? With no sense of momentum or physic?

I can deal with the gameplay staying the same, but for the love of God EA...upgrade the equipment and atmosphere! These new Revolution Speed Helmets need to be in (almsot everyone wears them now), hand warmers, towels, eye paint, long hair....how about better quality fight songs, more chants, bigger emotions, actual entrances, fan cut shots, better half time highlights, upgraded commentary, better celebrations?

Basically all the visual stuff Madden 2010 has, incorporate that and more into NCAA 2011, and I am set.

Having that helmet in the game for this year is too much. They just came out. Do you think Riddell is going to let EA see them to do the art before they even had one sold?
