No Tom Hammond? Wonder why that could be...

My vote went for Musburger and crew. The guy does screw up more than most announcers, but I love his voice and excitement. Listening to him automatically gives the game a big time feel.

Re: Favorite College Football Broadcast Teams

I voted for the CBS crew because Verne is just great at any sport, and Danielson is so knowledgeable, like others have stated.

Tied for second I would have the ESPN Thursday night crew and the ESPN Saturday afternoon team of Sean McDonough, Matt Millen, Holly Rowe.

If only we could have two of these teams...

Dan Fouts is so underrated as a color guy. Dennis Miller might of been a disaster to some on Monday Night Football, but Fouts was great. Sad to see him as a fourth tier announcer on CBS now.

Ron Franklin, always has been and always will be the best. Nothing like Saturday nights in the 90s with Franklin, Mike Gottfried and the late Adrian Kersten on the sidelines. The soundtrack of my teenage years, right there.

Re: Favorite College Football Broadcast Teams

I like Corso in real life, but not in this game.

Gary Danielson, like someone else said, is like a super guru. He's sees everything as it's happening on the field, on or away from the ball. Its crazy.

Nessler should still be doign big games, I wish they wouldnt have split up him, Paul McGuire, Bob Griese.

Ron Franklin is not the same anymore, he needs to be doing Sat night games instead of the B, or C -afternoon games.

I dont know why ESPN had to mess up all the good pairings.

Yuck.. Paul is terrible. I liked Ness and Griese together, though.
