I was upset that they took out about 20 mascots for NCAA 2009 from what they had in last gen. I believe they had 50 in 2009. Anyone know if they increased the number in 2010 and how many are in this year?
It looks like they brought back some and added some they didn't have before, like the Oregon duck (about time!).
I'm a big mascot slappy. I just think they make a world of difference in adding atmosphere, which is vital in college football.

I believe there was 46 in NCAA 10. so far we know they have added 8 for NCAA 11. other than that, don't know.

Speaking of Mascots......an idea for the dreaded "Mascot Game". I think it would be better (still not my favorite mode), but better if they let you pit a conference team of mascots vs another conference (or even let you pick the mascots on each team...so you could do cowboys vs knights or somehting like that).

I think this would be a little more marketable than just all the same on one team.

After looking at the NCAA facebook page, I count ten with:
Stanford, Texas Tech, Syracuse, Houston, Oregon, Cal, Colorado State, Kansas and Wake Forest and TCU which are located on other parts of the facebook page outside the mascot album.

Also, if you watch the new video from today, Navy and Boise State got their mascots in, so now we are up to 12.
