No Chain Gang?

Here we go...The lack of something that has to do with nothing causing a stir...Sure, I would like to see a chain gang but I don't recall one time missing the chain gang while playing the game...

yea, while having the chain gang on the sideline is nice attention to detail, i absolutely hated them comin gout and measuring on madden. can do w/o.

I never noticed there wasnt a chain gang until it was brought to my attention on these boards and even so, they don't affect the game in any way and they are on the sideline where you hardly notice them. And if adding the chain gang meant that annoying cut scene from Madden then i'm glad theyre not there. Refs on the field is one thing, because they are actually on the field during the play but chain gangs are people on the sidelines that you dont notice.

Just because you guys don't notice them doesn't mean they shouldn't be there. It's a detail that shoudl've never gotten lost on the transition to this gen, just like the refs.

Exactly my thoughts on it. Hated being stuck watching the cutscene when you knew instantly whether it was a first down or not.

I'd like to see them on the sideline. But not that stupid, unskippable cutscene. If it's skippable, then I wouldn't mind it. Or have more than one cutscene. But seeing the SAME CUTSCENE about 10 times a game just gets old and fast.

ah the chain gang........I used to run routes straight at them on ps2 just so I could run them over. Good times, good times.
