I ordered the 360 version and my estimated delivery says on or before 7/12. Sounds like a good deal to me!

just bought it for ps3 and also got the 7/9 delivery date. But I know there is no way they will get the game to me that early, I'm just hoping that I get it fairly close to the release date as this is the first time in a while I won't be picking it up on release day. I just couldn't pass up $20 off

I wouldn't discount it completely right away. Last year I pre-ordered Madden off Newegg.com and got it 3-4 days early. There are some similarities between the two sites, both computer based companies/web sites. So who knows.

I've already paid for mine and I know I'll get it early. A new indy store opened in town, so I'd rather the money go to them anyways.

Protip: Order from Dell for $39.99 with free shipping then on release day get the game from the store like you normally would but save the receipt. When the Dell order arrives a week later take it and your old receipt to the store and get your $65 back, that way it's like you got the game on release day for $39.99. I don't know about Gamestop but I know for a fact Walmart will give you cold hard cash if you bring them the unopened game and receipt, I do it all the time.
