I really have been enjoying the demo a ton. I have
to say that this maybe be the best version of NCAA
football ever, my opinion of course. NCAA 06 and 04
for XBox are my favorites. For the 360 NCAA 09 is
the best for this generation.

Now granted, maybe I'll agree with you when July 9th rolls around but for now I'm happy with how the game emulates the college game. A friend and I played quite a few games on Saturday and all three games felt much different in regards to offensive vs. defensive oriented.
I'm happy with the game. I just want more options on defense. I wanna be able tell my CB to shade inside the WR on coverage to prevent slants. I want to be able to turn man/lock off. Just a few more things would go a long way.

Yeah i agree, EA probably doesn't want to add that stuff though because it'll scare away the "casual gamer". You know the casual gamer is like a deer that EA coaxes to come to them, any sudden movement and they bolt away with their fat wallets into the woods, never to be heard from again..

Only if you're talking about the WAC conference.
Competitive Big 10, SEC, and top 10 match ups are usually much lower scoring because the better teams have speed/talent on both sides of the ball and in the lines.

The best-ever game in the Miami vs FSU rivalry ended 17-16 (#1 vs #2). That was far more exciting football than 42-35.

That being said, the game does look fantastic. Thankfully 'coach mode' remains and, hopefully, with all the tweaks the game will play more like a simulation than an arcade shoot out. I am rather optimistic. Now just give me more camera choices and buying would be a no-brainer.

it wont be a great game till they make individual defensive player audibles easier and mor comprehensive.
you have to remember and do too many things to change 3-4 players individual assignments to try and counter what a guy is doing

Teams averaged 27 points per game last season, far short of that statement. Only 12 teams averaged over 35.

Certainly the best for next gen but 2006, even with its flaws, was spectacular.
