Yeah, not sure. Within a bubble above the ads, it states "Available July 6th - Get it First"

For Madden where they say July 27th, that is roughly 13 days ahead of release since I believe release date is 8/10. Seems a little hard to believe.

I know OP didn't provide link, but I'm starting at a paper ad that backs up what he says. Personally, I think the ad is a mistake, but it does say it.
