1-Player Online Dynasty Stats & Advantages?

Couple of questions for you:

1. Can you change the CPU's uniform before a game in an online dynasty?

2. Can you play any other game on the schedule? Like say you want to play the Florida-Georgia game or watch the Sugar Bowl or something.
