anybody know how to turn chew the clock on?

I had the same problem in the demo, it should be in gameplan options, there's one that says tempo and choose conservative. At least thats the way it was on the demo... Can't get my copy til tomoro

Its not called chew the clock anymore. You now have the option in gameplan called tempo. If you set it to conservative it will chew the clock, if you set it to aggressive your players will sprint to the line.

if you set it to conservative when up big late in the game u still get sportsmanship points for chewing clock though

wait... is this the same as accelerated clock in Madden? Is this where the game clock and Delay of game clock run down say 10 to 25 seconds after you call a play... so that the games themselves dont take too long?

It is not the same as in Madden. The game has a bit of accelerlated clock when a team lines up, but it is not similar to Madden's.
