I saw that they were on the game, then I went & edited my roster for Arizona. So next I went to do the formation subs, & it was no longer on there. Anyone know the deal?

That is the thing I hate also. You have to do them in game. I haven't started a dynasty yet so I am not sure if you have the ability to do formation subs outside of a game.

I'm pretty sure you have to do them in game, and they only save in dynasty mode.

I haven't used this feature yet, but I know there is a menu item within a dynasty to do formation subs.

I have a sub question also... Why haven't they implemented the Madden style substitution at the play calling screen? Its a pain in the *** to pause the game every 10 seconds to mess around, and move guys around.

You use the "right trigger" in game to get subs also. But to do whole-sale changes in formations, you use "formations subs" outside the game.

in dynasty mode you set them outside the game

um they are in you flick the right stick... they have been for 3 years now
