Why does it make you wait 20 minutes every week to advance the week?

For example, offseason! nobody has any transfers going to them so we have to wait 20 minutes for me to advance. Why not keep it the old way where everybody sets it to advance and then the commissioner can advance?

Not a huge problem but i just dont see the point.

We haven't gotten a situation where we have wanted to advance that quick, but once we get to the offseason if this is the case it will surely be a problem. That seems ridiculous and I just can't see why they can justify having this in. Very frustrating.

Yeah offseason is the only time we ever have to wait and it is VERY frustrating!

You mean it won't let you upload right away? I was uploading 2-3 minutes after stuff last night in the offseason.

After you advance the week, you have to wait 20 minutes to advance again!
