What does the unlocked lock symbol mean??

You will have 2-3 random pitches unlocked for you without using any recruiting time.

Also, how do you get the advisor bonus? Any rhyme or reason, or just luck?

I actually love the recruiting this year, with K-state there are some hard choices to make.
