I noticed that after the tuner set, you can't promise a recruit he'll be a Freshman All-American. This is one of my favorite promises, I normally promise it to one or two recruits and have fun trying to make it happen.

What's up with this? Was it glitched?

Edited to add: On the next recruit, it was available?????

You cant make that promise to Juco players

Makes sense. I went back and looked, he is JUCO.
