Tuning pack for offline users??

can someone post the second tuning pack for the 360 user? From what I've read it seems there's no point of getting the 2nd patch without the tuner pack to go with it.

i think they are different.
Tuners are one thing and patches are other things.

The second pack is meant to go hand-in-hand with the patch. I thank cableant for uploading the 360 version last time and I would appreciate it if someone would do it again. Thank you guys in advance for taking the time to think about us!
