I have a team I created via TeamBuilder that I'm using in offline Dynasty mode. I'm a couple of years into the Dynasty and decided to make a few changes to the uniform. Is there any way to update my team in the Dynasty mode so it uses the new Uniforms? Or am I screwed and have to start the entire Dynasty over?

I would love to know the answer myself...but my first instinct says you are screwed.

I know in Madden 10, at the end of each season there was a way to modify the uniforms, but I haven't been able to find out how to do that in NCAA this year, and I never looked for the ability in past years.

From the silence, sounds like it's not possible to alter uniforms in a Dynasty.

Is there any way to create/edit a team uniform other than using TeamBuilder in NCAA 2011?

^^^^ no sir all editing exist on the web and you will have to start over to have any new changes take place.
