I just tried it a few times in my dynasty and it didn't happen. Not sure if it matters but I play on ps3

I'm on PS3 and it works every time in practice mode.

This should be real fun online... (if it works online)

Just tried it on Play Now and in practice, on PS3, both are glitched

And it works online, lolz

Well I guess online is officially ruined until EA emergency patches this.
