I searched on the forums to see if somebody could answer my question, but I haven't been able to find the answer:

What's the best One-Back Offense that is both good passing and running? I know Bama of course, but are there are others that are just as good?

Oregon State is fun, if you want sheer numbers of Ace formations, go with Eastern Michigan.

I liked UTEP's playbook when I was playing with them in dynasty for a few years

I actually like Michigan State's playbook. It has quite a few ace formations.

all of the above are good. i started a dynasty with wazzou and their playbook is decent as well.

Oregon State has the best playbook IMO, ive tried the other one backs and dont like them as much and personally hating the spread and all that gimmicky offense i hate those playbooks so i stick to one-back, multiple and Pro playbooks and i like OSU's the best just so happens they are my team. Which works nice for me

USCs is ridiculous. They have the best One Back stuff even though they have a pro playbook. Great mix of pass and run.

Thanks guys. I think I may end up using either Oregon State or Eastern Michigan. I will definitely have to practice with each to see which feels better.
