Players Transferring from One User Team to Another Glitch

Anybody seen this glitch in OD where a player transferring from one user team to another won't upload to the server if you convince him to stay? Every other player that's going pro or transferring to a non-user team doesn't cause this upload glitch; only the user to user transfer. Just ran into this and I'm trying to find a workaround.

To clarify, when I say "won't upload," I mean that when you get done talking to everybody and hit B to back out, you get the message that the dynasty servers are unavailable. And it doesn't matter how many times you keep retrying. If you convinced a user to user transferee to stay, it will give you the servers unavailable message.

I have had the same thing happen to me, but the transfer was going to a non-human controlled team
