Recruiting Before a Game

Does it make a difference if you were to recruit before your game or after? In last years game my buddy and I played online dynasty and he would always wait till after his game to recruit each week.. i didnt see much of a diff because i would win a lot in that season but just wondering if you guys have any thoughts..

If you have a recruit visiting THAT week, you should recruit first. That way, you unlock more "interest Levels" and make scheduling activities during his visit more advantageous to you.

I always do it before. That way if someone is ready for a visit that I've been waiting for, I can invite him for the game that same week. I also don't schedule events until the week of the game, so I have the best idea of what he is interested in.

Don't think it makes any difference whether you recruit before or after.

I recruit whenever the hell I want. If I am excited to play the game that week, I will recruit after, but if it's an unimportant game, I recruit to get it out of the way first. 70 percent of the time it's after.
