Is there anyway to check my teams ranking if i'm not in the top 25 ?

In the first poll in week one it shows all the teams rankings in the top 25 poll. Once you advance past that part you can check the top 25 poll and push X for more info. This will show you other teams recieving votes. Usually it shows between 5-10 teams, so you will know if you're ranked in the top 35.
