-Nebraska, Colorado, Fresno State, Nevada all moved to new conferences (since Big 12 no longer has divisions, I moved Oklahoma to the north so that Texas/Oklahoma users have a chance to meet for the championship game)
-Advance every 24-48 hours
-No high level players, level 3 maximum
-Only schedule changes will be replacing FCS games. If two users request to play in regular season, I will accomodate them (excessive user games slow a dynasty down, kill prestige, cause turmoil, and thus causes users to quit. Fewer user games better insures that major bowl games will be user vs. user)
-Two users per conference maximum (Big Ten is full- Mich. St./Mich)
