is there anyway i can secure recruits faster those i have all the way green with a good distance from number two tired of having the cpu comeback an take my recruits b/c they take forever to hard commit

You have to keep spending time on them, learning what they like and don't like, even if it's just 10-20 minutes. Then when that other team catches up to you, really go after them... And by that time you should have enough information gathered on them to secure them, because you'll know where to put your focus.

You can get a instant commit if you dont offer till ur #1 on his list.

You can also get a hard commit on a weekly call if you are first with a full green bar and a scholarship already offered. Call him every week and eventually he will either sign after you sim a week or during your weekly call.

Every recruit is different which is nice. Some are going to move very fast, probably not take any visits and commit early on. Others will wait forever to even allow you to schedule a visit and then won't make a decision until the off season.
