who do you recruit for your slot back? personally I like to recruit WRs with decent running abilities as im going to use them in the passing game too
what about the FB? i like power Half Backs
agile and fast lineman or big strong lineman?

Good ideas for slotback and fullback. I like a powerful center to hold the point and am okay with a lack of quickness, guard is the most important position to me as I like power and quickness as they often need to get to the second level, and for tackles I just get the best run blockers available.

In addition, I will go after any player with a B speed B acceleration (recruiting with low prestige teams) in the hope that a CB can run with the ball or a HB can throw the ball. Also, look for athletes with throwing power and speed. Also in general, cornerbacks will be your best source of cheap speed and acceleration so hope to find a diamond in the rough for your offense there.

For the slot I go after WR's who have a high carry rating and btk rating. For FB I go after a FB or faster TE or even an ATH with high carry ratings. If I can't find those I go after HB's with the same abilities.

Yes, it is possible to find a TE that can play FB. Even some FB recruits are fast enough with high enough carries to play in the offense. Really the point is to look everywhere for you QB, HB, and FB in this offense.
