Playbook question.

I am looking for a playbook that has good run and passing formations. I am building MTSU with a fast quarterback and would like to have good running plays for the quarterback as well. I am looking for good ace and shotguns for sure but unsure of others. I do a decent amount of runs right now using I-form but could use a one back stance if needed. Any ideas? Right now I like LSU, Ohio State, and Pittsburgh. Any other options.

I like Florida State's playbook. Give it a try.

Re: Playbook question.

I'm using MTSU too, and NC State's playbook is great. It's got lots of option plays out of different formations, and most of my favorite formations. The option play out of I-tight is pretty nasty with Dasher at QB, and you can just flip it if they over compensate.

I thought about it because NC State's QB is really fast, but a good passer as well. Dasher fits that mold perfectly so I gave the playbook a shot and it works out well. Especially with all those fast HBs at MTSU.

Another upside is that they don't bombard you with pages of formations. There are several Ace formations, a couple I, Strong-I, and several Shotgun formations. I've been able to find good use for pretty much every formation at least once per game.
