LOL - Jump the Snap

Just played a game, 73 total plays for me on offense. CPU jumped the snap 64 of them.

Unreal...when is EA going to get rid of this?

I feel your pain, the CPU almost never fails to jump the snap. It's quite ridiculous.

Use hard counts, you probably can get the CPU offsides.

most of the time, when you see the "jump the snap" graphic pop up, they don't actually jump the snap, or at least don't gain any advantage. same thing if you turn aggressive DL on, it'll say you jumped the snap every play, but you didn't actually do it.

even with that said, jump the snap is a terrible feature in the game. I wished it was removed.

Why is it such a bad idea? IRL D-Linemen try to "jump the snap" every play to get the quickest possible first step.

If they jumped the snap that often, you didn't mix up your snap count enough.

Now that the game has been patched/tuned multiple times, I'm able to catch the defenses offsides (or induce encroachment) at least once per game.


And I love that offsides is back, because I'm able to get free plays knowing that it'll be overturned if it goes bad for me.

Like I said in the other thread, aside from the notification pop-up thing, can you even tell the difference? What's so "ridiculous" about it? Defenders aren't allowed to get off the ball well?

The cpu jumps the snap only a few times per game to me. I actually draw the cpu offside about the same number of times as they jump the snap. Use a hard count, it works.
