Is there a limit in how many you can have?. Can you lose a pipeline? Just exactly how do you develop a new pipeline?

it's based on your roster. if you have 4 people from the same state, that state will be a pipeline. if you had 4 from Texas, then the next year only 3, Texas will not be a pipeline anymore, etc... (I think it's 4 players, could be 3)

not sure about a max, although 70/4 is 17.5, so there is no way to have more than 17. but I doubt anyone would be in that situation anyway, unless they are purposely doing it.
