How long did it take you to create a great team from nothing?

Texas, Alabama, USC and Notre Dame are always A teams and always finish in the Top 10. Those four get pretty much all the 5* recruits other than the few I get.

Tulane's rise and recruiting the state of Texas has drained Oklahoma to a B school and getting worse.

Ohio State and Michigan always battle it out for the Big Ten.

I moved ND and Penn State to the Big East and they always battle it out...with ND winning pretty much every year, but Penn State usually only has one loss...to ND.

Nebraska has fallen off the map...partly due to Tulane moving into the Big 12.

Northern Illinois has become a 5* program...winning the MAC most every year.

My reconfigured MWC has become a great conference with Nevada, Utah, Boise, BYU and Colorado all 4* or higher.

Arizona State is a 1* program now in the Pac10. Stanford is consistently competing for a BCS spot with USC along with Oregon.

In the SEC, Auburn is 2*, but UF, FSU and Alabama all 6*.

8 to 10 years ago, the notion of Boise State being a perennial powerhouse would have been laughable too!

Baylor is too.

Originally I placed Baylor in the Sunbelt...along with Tulane.
After I moved to the Big 12 (swapping with SMU), Baylor became the dominant team in the Sun Belt. They get in the BCS every other year or so.

Im in the 2013 season with Army. The past years my most wins has been 7. This year is different , Tate Forcier Transferred ( weird, i know right ) and im looking to have my best year. I only played 1 game , which was Louisville and i beat them.

I brought Army up to a 3 * Though.
