What's your policy regarding Junior College recruits?

Hopefully in '12 they will add two EASY fixes:

1) Easy searchability for JUCO players when looking for prospects (including if they have already been redshirted or not)

2) Easy ability to see who you have redshirted on your own squad

To me making these two simple fixes could help immensely when trying to figure out who to add / not to add onto your board, and what the main areas of need will be in future years

As a general rule, I try to avoid them if I have other recruits I can bring in. If I'm using a low-prestige team and I have a glaring need, I'll go to a JUCO if they are ready to step right in. Otherwise, it's a no for me.

I don't see what the problem is with JUCO players.

Some are really good. I recruit the best players period. JUCO included.

Big fan of JUCO DBs.

I usually go after JUCOs in positions I really need someone to step in and be a starter or if there are not many 4* high school players interested in me(or if I'm just building up a team). some of those 3* JUCOs come in at low to mid 80's overall and can be starters as soon as they get on the team unless your already stacked.

I really really like getting Juco sophomores. I usually only pick up Juco's for defence though and I like to build my offense up from Freshman.
