Need help stopping IForm: Tight Power O

Two TEs one FB pulling Guard!!! How do you stop this crap when it is run over and over. This play is very hard for me to defend; anyone have any plays to stop or slow this set down?

My base defense is a 4-3. I've tried man and zone coverages from 4-3 under, 4-4 split, and dime normal. Dime normal cover 2 zone seemed to work best to slow it, but it's to easy to just cut back or audible the play to the other side.

Which plays? That's a lot of play calls to just randomly look through.

I run a 4-3 D and have had some success running 4-3 Normal, Free Fire where you have the middle and one of the outside backers blitzing...try shifting your D-line right or left, and have them SLANT opposite of how you shifted them (you shifted them left, have them slant hard RIGHT), and try and use the middle backer to come in behind one of the hard slants and there's usually some space to hit them in the backfield or if the LB is fast enough, chase them down from behind.

Let me know how it works. You can mess around with 4-3 Free Fire and a lot of different ways, good run stopping call.

Or try 4-4, Cover 1 (where one of the LB's blitzes the A-gap). I have had some success running that against a run attack as well.
