For me it's a very simple equation:
NCAA 12 $60 = Limitless teams play with/against
Madden 12 $60 = 32 teams

Madden is going to have step it up much more for my money

Thanks for the input guys. I may just get NCAA 12 when it comes out and then trade it in for Madden 12 later on.

You really should rent Madden first though, it may look great and play like crap like it has the last couple of years..

Madden is unplayable nowadays... It was a much better game 5 years ago than it is today...

NCAA has found ways of improving pretty much every year

I don't agree with that, when Madden first came out on next gen it was abysmal, now it's tolerable but still highly lacking..
