Which was your favorite year of NCAA football

Easily NCAA 11 to me. I haven't logged this many hours playing a football game since Super Tecmo Bowl.

I go back to College Football USA '96. But I think '03 was the game that put this series on the map. I probably got the most enjoyment out of '04 which was nice incremental improvement over the previous year, but since '03 set the standard, it gets my vote.

2000 for me...I logged more hours on that game than I have any other since. That game started the in-depth recruiting we have grown to love.

NCAA 11 by a country mile, I actually played three straight games last night and here we are less than a month out from the new game...unheard of..

I know that no one will agree with me, but I had to say 10. I didn't realize until yesterday when I decided to go back and try it out. I was amazed at how much more I liked the game. It doesn't have the lighting upgrade that 11 did so it didn't look at polished. It didn't have locomotion, so movement wasn't as refined. But I could actually run the ball from shotgun. Zone defense worked. And I could get a great game with the CPU that I didn't feel cheated on. Not to mention, recruiting was 100 times better than 11. I realized how much I HATE the randomness of 11 and actually how much faster recruiting was on 10. Recruiting was more difficult than at least the freshman level on 11. I know a lot of people hate on 10 but I'd encourage you to go back and give it a try, all the while keeping 11 in mind. I was impressed. I'll be playing it until 12 comes out now.

The best was NCAA 11
My favorite was NCAA '05.

I was running a 119 team league on LeagueDaddy and playing in a few back when '05 released.. I've never been so dominant at a football game before. Even when 06 released, I used the '05 control scheme. I was also only in 9th grade, so the only thing I studied was girls and then playing my PS2 ... so I had more free time.

If anyone is familiar with the online from NCAA 04/05 and how they changed it in '06.. I hated the way they changed it. I remember going into the lobby on '05.. it got really personal and was entertaining. You always saw the same guys on there and when 06 came out, you couldn't even show your favorite team by your' name in the lobby. The little things like that were what I liked about online.

I've spent more time with NCAA 2011 than I have with any other game that I have owned in my entire life. EA Nailed it for 11.

However, I do remember older features and such that I really enjoyed, and I remember 2006-2007 having some cool things. I really miss the pre-game where Corso put on the mascot head and chose who he was picking to win the game. I wished EA would bring this back.

In this video, the commentary sounds fluid and informational. Nessler talks about the rivalry and the Schelelaigh (sp?). This type of historical information just adds to the whole realism. These types of things need to be in the game.
