south alabama most likely won't be in the game until NCAA 14, as they are in a transitional period next season and "officially" a FBS member in 2013

the other three should be in the game next year (key word "should")

I believe Western Kentucky was added to the game before they were 'full'
FBS members, they were put in as an Independent team.

umass is definitely joining the mac in 2012 http://www.umassathletics.com/fbs.html#00 but since they're not eligible for any post season play until 2013 idk how ncaa will handle that

I probably will, but it won't be the first thing I do with the game. I find it fun to do a dynasty with bottom tier teams and build them up. I can't say which team I'd choose tho, I'm not familiar with any of them. Probably will flip a coin.
