In my opinion this has been greatly improved. I think they made the trajectories more realistic, though they could still be improved, and toned down the jumping ability of the LBs

Was there any presentation in the game. Stat overlays, new commentary, close up shots in the huddle, etc?

They showed a montage of my QB throwing 3 picks before a late drive in the 4th quarter when the game was tied 10-10; that was pretty cool. I also saw the new gametrack stuff from the demo but it wasn't very frequent. I think I only saw 2 total in the games that I played. I didn't see any new stat overlays.

There was one really cool new replay angle that I never saw in '11. It was an overhead angle, kind of like a zoomed in blimp shot. They showed it after a 40 yard TD run by Navy. It was pretty sick and surprised me considering they usually show the super-zoomed in shots during replays. However, I didn't see any new huddle shots or camera shots of that sort.

There was a movie playing pretty loudly next to me so I couldn't hear the commentary or crowd noise.

What do you mean by bowling ball defenders?
I believe he meant how in the demo, the offensive line bowls over the defensive line in synchronization. I had three of my linemen bowled over at once playing against 'Bama on a power play, resulting in an 80 yard TD. I also wanted to know about this?

And I wanted to ask you what position you usered when you were on defense, and if you have any trouble getting off blocks? In the demo, playing as the MLB, too often my guy gets bowled over as soon as he is contacted. And does your CPU teammates fill their gaps properly or do they get out of position, allowing cutback lanes?

I only saw 1 all out blitz by the CPU and it was on 2nd and 10. Needless to say I completed a quick pass for a good gain.

The coaching sliders are part of the create/edit coach now, so it's part of the roster file. I didn't see a slider for RB1 vs. RB2 carries. Just run/pass ratio, sub frequency, and defensive/offensive aggression that I remember

I'm planning to go back and play next week (probably Wednesday) so I'll keep your questions I didn't answer/don't know in mind and check them out
awesome thanks. sorry, i meant bowling pin where defenders will run into the ball carrier and fall over instead of getting into the tackle animation. i saw some retail videos and the pancakes looked toned down. great news about the coaching sliders. i'm looking forward to the game still.
