Waiting till patches arrive?

I know last year there were about 3 patches for the game and I wonder if those patch issues from last year are taken care of in the retail version of this years game? I did not see dirty uniforms in the demo but that does not mean they are not in the retail version.

The only thing I worry about is needing a few patches again this year to fix flaws. Dont get me wrong, I like that they fix the issues but it just makes it hard to know when to buy the game and then waiting for a patch to fix issues IE gameplay, sliders etc.

Last year the patches and tuners made the game worse in terms of game play, the exception was dirty uniforms.
