I've got a better idea:

Order on-line from Amazon. Get the game with same-day shipping for $58, including tax. Plus, you get a $20 credit for future purchases. Plus, trade in NCAA 11 for $11. That's $31 credit toward Madden 12 or NBA 2k12.

Used to work at Circuit City and a big thing pops up that says don't sell until a certain date. I don't think it would even allow you to go all the way through the transaction unless you knew how to override it with a manager code. Might be different at different stores though. I do know they get a big fine I am pretty sure if they sell them early; atleast that's what I always heard.
