Coach Mode Only Online Dynasty????

Is it possible to do coach mode only in online dynasty, even human v human games? That would be the kind of dynasty I would want to play in NCAA 12.

My first two games in online dynasty have been in coach mode, but I've only played the CPU.

In the online league, do you have offseason with drafts, salary caps, FA, restricted FA, trades, etc?
