Whats the bug?
4-2-5 Cover 6. If Flipped the SS that plays the Buzz zone will run across the field giving you 4 secondary players on one side of the field
What game mode did you experience the bug/glitch in? (Gameplay, Franchise, Online, Front End, etc.....)
experienced the bug 3 times twice in Online unranked games and once in Play Now.
How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it?
Called the play flipped it.

Whats the bug?
Playing Road To Glory. Iowa(me) v. Mich St.(cpu) Game went to triple OT. I started 3OT with the ball. Scored a touchdown. Failed 2PT conversion. CPU should have taken over on offense. However, Iowa's offense took the field. We threw a pass and it was incomplete. Game ended. I was like "wtf?"

Whats the bug?

Defensive Audibles are not sticking. I create the audibles both inside my custom playbooks and check them under the strategy tab at main menu but when I play a game the audibles for defense are all different. The offensive audibles work but the defensive are not for me. (and im making sure to select my defensive playbook from the team select screen too)

Whats the bug?
From the game's main menu, I go to Settings > System Settings, and the System Settings screen is all black. I hear the changes being made when I move the sticks, but nothing can be seen. Had to press square to revert back to default settings.

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it? Happened by going to the System Settings from Settings on the games main menu.

Whats the bug? After I won a game in an online ranked match, the clock hit zero and the screen went black. I could hear the celebration but couldnt do anything. Had to restart the game. Good news is that it still gave me credit for the win.
