I was pretty excited about the coaching feature this year. I found out when I started my dynasty the I can only have one user controlled team. That was one of my favorite features of the game. I enjoyed controlling multiple franchises for many reasons. Please tell me I am missing a switch that I can enable this feature again, or is this lost for good?

you can have up to 12 user controlled teams.

go to coach positions and add more.

you mean 12 UC teams per dynasty right? I cannot find the option to allow more than one coach per dynasty.

yes, in dynasty mode, in the coach positions screen, you can add additional user controlled teams.(RB button on 360 I think)

I think I have it. I have to start with one team. Then I have to go to the coach info screen and add a new coach for each team I want to control. Is this what your talking about?

Yep. Since you can't pick more than one school when you start the dynasty, you only get to pick an existing coach for just one school -- which is very unfortunate. Because created coaches will have a prestige rating of "D" and you can't change that.
