Crank the slider up to 90 or 100 and I GUARANTEE you will see them.

Sorry, you won't be seeing many of them, on default it is rare to get penalties called.

Online has no penalties except a rare holding call.

ive had like 2 or 3 on default sliders after like 20 games logged. The horsecollar seems to happen alot to me, too bad thats not a penalty in the game.
