Blocked Extra Point!

Ive blocked like 4 already and 1 punt. Look at the field goal nets and wait until they are all the way up and wait about 1 second and start your run and dive. Its that easy.

I blocked 2 back when, not sure the year, but it was when Glen Dorsey was a senior for LSU, the '08 game I think. I would just control him over center and jump snap. He would plow through the center and get the block. Last year I blocked two but they were from far out. I controlled the deepest man of the FG block formation (safety/return man), timed the kick, jumped and got a hand on it.

Yesterday I came very, VERY close to blocking a punt. I'm not sure if I've ever done that. As for FGs/XPs I've blocked 3. It's all about timing and taking a chance for me.

I used to block them all the time. One of the games had the Return Camera that you could toggle on and off, similar to player lock this year. If you were had a fast enough return man, you could just call punt block on FG tries, use the return camera and come off the edge for the block. I believe that was NCAA 07.

I can block one on occasion if I call FG block and stack the deep man behind the nose guard and push through on his block. Maybe once ever fifty games, it works. I DID notice that there seems to be quite a bit of a rush on punts now...maybe we can finally get to one of those.
