Can you create a custom conference, IE expand the ACC once you have already started a dynasty? Or can you only do it at the beginning of the dynasty?

You can do it in between seasons as well.

You may do it after every season. The only thing you cannot do is Replace Teams with Teambuilder Teams during the Off-Season.

Though, there is a 255 change limit, so beware.

Yeah I'm an impatient idiot, I just got done with season 1 and was like "oh crap, I'm an idiot." so i rushed to the compute to tell you guys thanks for the help, but I got it figured out. PRetty neat feature I think.

Yes, this was a great feature added. It has as few problems, but I think those can be easily fixed. More Control is always great!

You can do it before your first season or do it during the offseason.
