In this specific case, I just sent the house... it didn't work. Should I just throw in the towel in the future??

Keep going after him hard, you wont get them all, but you can still get him if you recruit him hard

Make sure you do a lot of "VS" against Tenn. You should be able to maybe pull ahead.

I'd keep going after him especially since Tenn hasn't offered him a scholarship yet.

You got to do some negative recruiting against Tenn. Offer promises.
