Thinking about doing a Big XII changes dynasty: Care to share opinions?

Being from MO I am a huge Big XII follower, and as such the whole possibility of it collapsing (yet again the rumors have emerged) have me fascinated.

I am thinking about changing the Big XII in 2012 in my current dynasty (currently in year 1).

I had several thoughts, please share opinions.

1) UT goes Independent, A&M and OU jump to the SEC, the Big XII loses it's automatic bid, and the rest of the teams get sent to various conferences. (Texas Tech & Baylor & Kansas & Kansas State & Iowa State all to the MWC, and MU to the Big 10, which will also take Syracuse or Buffalo to be a 14 member conference).

2) ND and BYU join thanks to the Big XII throwing Texas type money at ND and decent money at BYU, remaking it into two divisions. Baylor, OU, OSU, TTech, A&M, UT will be one division and BYU, MU, KS, KU, ISU, and ND will be the other.

3) OU, A&M, OSU, and Texas Tech all jump to the SEC/PAC.
UT goes independent/Big 10 (if Big 10 then MU tags along).
KS, KSU, ISU, and Baylor all get absorbed into the MWC.

4) OU & A&M go SEC. Texas Tech and OSU go to the Pac -14.
Kansas jumps to the ACC, and the rest get left behind.

---For all the ones where the Big XII ceases to exist, I will swap the MWC to the Big XII (for conference prestige for recruiting) and keep moving conferences around so that the Sun Belt will be the wasteland where the Big XII used to be. I'll throw a couple really bad teams, probably Sun Belt's in there so that most likely huge impact won't be had from them.

Ideas?

Those are ok scenarios, but I would like to see Kansas, and Kansas State in the Big east. At least there all the teams would be on equal footing. I would like Texas Tech,Oklahoma State,O.U. and Texas A@M in the SEC. And as for Texas being an independent this is a VERY likely scenario. Put Baylor and Iowa State in Conference USA.
You could also create a new conference and call it the South Elite Eight Conference, or the Big South American Conference, or Big 8 West

1.Texas
2.TCU
3.OU
4.Texas A@M
5.Oklahoma State
6.Texas Tech
7.Kansas State
