Pass Coverage

Ok, is this slider backward?

Playing my dynasty as NE, tonight i played wyoming. Got basically housed.

I have hum pass coverage at 60 and cpu pass coverage at 30. Wyoming broke wide open nearly every play, and they covered me like stink on shat. Ended up throwing 4 ints, and aditionally had 2 fumbles.

Final score an embarasying loss 21-35.

Any word on this particular slider?

Re: Pass Coverage

My hum pass coverage is at 50 and cpu is at 40. It seems to me you have to be almost too cautious in your throws. Slants seem to do me ok as I just watch the line backer to see if they cheat up or blitz and make that split second decision.

Also for me, the deep ball works sometimes. Definitely hot every time but you just need to have a little time to throw. I had to change the pass rush and pass blocking sliders so I had about 3 to 4 seconds to scan the field and throw. If you throw into double coverage, you are gonna get pounded.

Also what is your int slider at? Mine is at 10/10 because both me and the cpu were intercepting 3 to 4 passes per game which is way to many.

Re: Pass Coverage

I have coverage set to 30 for both. It's still challenging but the CPU is less psychic. As for the CPU offense, no matter what slider I have it on he always seems to find some guy 10 yards behind my secondary for easy scores whenever he wants

I've heard rumors that the pass coverage slider is broken. Might of even been a whole thread on it.

i thought i saw 1 blip on it one time, but i never really looked into it or followed it up.

i don't know what it was last night, the computer secondary and lb's were on me like glue. i'd think with their pass coverage set at 30 i'd have some breathing room.

conversely, i have my pass coverage at 60, and the effect was quite the opposite.

:headscratch:
